Reunion Registration Information and Registration Form

Friday Evening


Location:
Country Club of Asheville, 179 Windsor Road, (Off Merrimon Ave. at Beaver Lake)    

Time: 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Event: Reception, Buffet Dinner, Socializing and Reuniting

Open Bar: 6:pm to 9:pm (Self pay)   Setting: Tables of 8 & 10
7:00 Buffet Features:

Salads: Fresh Garden Salad with choice of Dressings & Chilled Cucumber & Tomato Salad, Cole Slaw..

Entrees: Honey Pecan Chicken and Fried Trout

Vegetables: Fresh vegetables to include, Green Beans Roasted Stuffed Tomato, Au Gratin Potatoes & Mixed Grilled Fall Vegetables

Breads: Chef's choice of homemade bread with butter

Desert: Fall Crisp w/Vanilla Ice Cream (oatmeal & brown sugar topping) served in a Chafing Dish with ice cream on the side (Crisp consists of Fall Fruits, i.e., Apples/Raisins/Cranberries)

Beverage: Ice Tea, Coffee and Water

Cost: $31.00 per person (Cost includes food, service charges taxes & misc. expenses)    

Attire: Dress is Business Casual (absolutely no denim at the CCA)

Saturday Morning

Program: School Tour & Catered Box Lunch

Time: 9 to 9:30 A.M. Gather on front steps of school for class photo

                                    10:00 School tour

                                    Noon:  Catered Box Lunch served at school

Catered Box Lunch: Choice of Roast Beef or Turkey served on Chef Mo's famous "Focaccia Bread" (flat round sandwich roll). Side item is Fire Roasted Corn & Garbanzo Salad, a Naked Oreo Cookie for dessert. Beverages are: ice tea, bottled water, and an assortment of canned drinks.

Cost:  $12:00 per person  (includes a $2.00 donation to the school)

Attire: Dress Casual & Comfortable 


Saturday Evening

Location: Renaissance Hotel, One Thomas Wolfe Plaza, Asheville, NC

Ballroom (Main Level)

Time: 6:00 pm to along about midnight

Event: Dinner/Program/Dance/

Open Bar: (6:00 pm to 11:00) Self Pay

Setting: Round Tables of 8 people

Meal:  Served at Tables

Salad: Frisee style salad w/pears, bacon strips, onions, walnuts, Roquefort and Sherry Vinaigrette dressing.

Entrées: Choice of Chicken Marsala; Grilled organic chicken breast topped with mushrooms, Prosciutto and Marsala wine sauce accompanied by seared ricotta polenta cake and a julienne of yellow squash and zucchini.

Or, Flat Iron Steak in Tart Cherry Balsamic Reduction accompanied by smooth potato puree, sautéed tips of asparagus and baby French carrots.

Desert: Apple Caramel Pie or Chocolate Cake (alternately pre set)

Beverages: Coffee, Ice Tea and Water

Cost Per Person: $42.00  per person (Price includes meal, service charges,              taxes and misc. expenses)

Dress: Gentlemen, Coats & Ties   Ladies; dress accordingly.
