or Turkey served on Chef Mo's famous "Focaccia Bread" (flat round sandwich roll). Side item is Fire Roasted
Corn & Garbanzo Salad, a Naked Oreo Cookie for dessert. Beverages are: ice tea, bottled water, and an assortment of canned
drinks.
Cost: $12:00 per person (includes a $2.00 donation
to the school)

Salad: Frisee style salad w/pears, bacon strips, onions, walnuts,
Roquefort and Sherry Vinaigrette dressing.

Grilled organic chicken breast topped with mushrooms, Prosciutto and Marsala wine sauce accompanied by seared ricotta polenta
cake and a julienne of yellow squash and zucchini.
Or, Flat Iron Steak in Tart Cherry
Balsamic Reduction accompanied by smooth potato puree, sautéed tips of asparagus and baby French carrots.
